As an owner-managed company, we manufacture a patented, unique router lift with a pivoting spindle.To strengthen our team we are looking to fill the following position at the earliest opportunity.
Milling / Turning Machine Operator (m/f/d)
Full or part timeYour Role:
- MasterCAM programming and set-up of 3 and 4-axis CNC machining centres (Brother / Fanuc)
- Programming and set-up of a Biglia SMY turning centre using MasterCAM and Fanuc Manual Guide
- Production of serial parts and control and documentation of the processes.
- Quality control of manufactured parts.
- Design and manufacture of jigs and fixtures for serial production.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed training as a machining operator or equivalent.
- Several years' experience of working with CNC controls and CNC machining centres.
- Knowledge of programming with CAM systems (e.g. Mastercam)
- Interest in and enjoyment of a wide range of activities with a good overview of the overall product.
- Quality awareness, initiative and team player
- Have a proactive and hands-on working style
